So this is the first wedding I’ve ever catered completely by myself. Please, if you think about it, pray for me tomorrow to not lose my cool or to remember EVERYTHING I need as I won’t have my handy dandy Hubby there to bail me out…ugh! I do, however, have my KNIGHTESS IN SHINING ARMOR Jamie to watch my kiddos! YOU ARE AWESOME JAMIE!!!

I have been totally freaked out about dry drowning. If you haven’t heard about it, don’t be shocked, I had NO IDEA. Now, whenever my children go swimming, I am acting like a total weirdo. I asked Hubby about 4 times tonight if the kids were breathing. Why, you ask? Because they swam 4 hours ago and I am terrified they are going to start having trouble breathing and I am going to be asleep.

I need help. Seriously!

Don’t get angry with me…I am just trying to make an EDUCATED decision in November and by getting all kinds of information, I might just be able to vote for the BEST candidate instead of the “lesser of two evils” which is what I know myself to have done in the past…

So I let the kids play with water, soap, washrags, and the kitchen floor. They had an awesome, awesome time …UNTIL THIS:

An ER visit and 5 stitches later…we are home! THANKS MACHELLE!!!! YOU ROCK MY FRIEND!!!! WE LOVE YOU!

I am not sure if any of you have been to Confessions of a CF Husband…but he’s a neat guy and the family is awesome!!! Tomorrow, Trish goes in for some tests which could prove to be scary (transplant patients contract a specific kind of cancer). Anyway, tomorrow between the hours of 7am-10am, if you can make some time, please pray for Trish, Nate and their precious little bundle Gwyneth.

You could possibly crack up if you where a fly on the wall at our house tonight…the kiddos are all sleeping in the living room (still watching the boys) and the youngers are asleep, hubby and mommy are laying on the floor watching Nashville Star. We are thoroughly enjoying the music and the talent and the STORIES of these contestants! So laugh if you must but we are hooked! GO NASHVILLE STAR!

I am making another request…this one is probably beyond a long shot but hey, it’s always worth it to try!

Our air conditioner went out. It’s over. It will be no more. We are asking out there in bloggy land if anyone has a suggestion to replace a compressor, or a place to purchase a window unit or if anyone has a window unit or better yet, a compressor that is just lying around waiting to be used???? If you do, please please let us know! We would GREATLY appreciate it!!!
